Ludhiana: A 32-year-old labourer died after falling from the second floor of his house in Geeta Nagar, Tajpur Road, on Monday night. The man, identified as Vimlesh, was talking on the phone when he lost his balance and fell. Vimlesh, who worked as a vendor in a local thread mill, hailed from Uttar Pradesh and had been living in Ludhiana with his wife and two children for the past seven years. Vimlesh was walking on the terrace while on a phone call when he suddenly slipped and fell to the first floor. He suffered severe injuries. tnn
