TV actor Nitin Chauhaan dies of suicide after succumbing to depression

Nitin Chauhaan unexpectedly passed away on Thursday (November 6) at the age of 35. He was discovered dead in his Mumbai apartment by his wife.
He lived in Goregaon East, Mumbai, was discovered dead according to an ETimes TV report. The actor’s wife and 3-year-old daughter stopped by the social garden that evening. When they returned, Nitin did not answer from within their flat. After receiving no response, Nitin’s wife obtained a spare key from a neighbor and attempted to enter their apartment.
Nitin had locked the flat from inside, and when his wife forced the door open, she discovered the actor hanging from the ceiling fan. According to the Money Control report, Nitin’s wife immediately got him down and performed CPR. The actor was brought to the hospital, but doctors were unable to save him, therefore his body was sent for an autopsy.
On November 7, Dindoshi Police filed an accidental death case following Nitin Chauhaan’s unexpected demise. The officials confirmed the death as a suicide. According to the authorities, the Tera Yaar Hoon Main actor had depression due to a lack of professional chances in the industry.
According to an NDTV story, Nitin Chauhaan’s wife provided the cops a statement in which she stated that the actor suffered from depression. She stated that Nitin had been unemployed for the past 3-4 years, which had a negative impact on his mental health over time. According to reports, the MTV Splitsvilla 5 star began an unsuccessful ice cream business, which added stress to his life.
He has been on a number of television programs throughout the years, including Supercops vs. Supervillains, Zindagi Dot Com, and Crime Patrol.
