Lucknow: RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat on Wednesday said that some forces are trying to suppress Bharat but "truth can never be suppressed".
Speaking at an event in Chitrakoot, Bhagwat said that the Sangh was there to serve the seers and ensure that nothing disturbs them.
He said that it was the duty of Sangh's volunteers to protect the seers who were engaged in religious pursuits in temples.
Emphasizing the objective of safeguarding ‘Sanatan', Bhagwat said that it was time to "stick to the truth". "Propaganda and lies may cause confusion, but eventually truth wins," he said.
Referring to the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Bhagwat said that if it represented ‘Sanatan', then it belonged to all ‘Sanatanis' who need to protect their religion and culture.
