Ludhiana: During a surprise check, the security personnel found 13 keypad mobiles abandoned in the jail compound. The Division Number 7 police registered a case against unidentified accused on the complaint of assistant superintendent at Ludhiana Central jail, Hans Raj. Sub-inspector Gurdial Singh said that the mobile phones had been abandoned at different locations in the jail. A case under the Prison Act has been registered.
