Jalandhar: Rajya Sabha MP Balbir Singh Seechewal on Wednesday announced to build a memorial to the 32 Sikh victims of the Hondh Chillar massacre of Nov 2, 1984. Seechewal’s statement came during a visit to Hondh Chillar village in Rewari district. He also met four families of the victims.
