Member of the UP police watersports team constable Rajan Kumar has won a bronze medal in the ICF Dragon Boat World Championship held in the Philippines from Oct 28 to Nov 4. Additional director-general of police, PAC, UP, Sujeet Pandey and other senior police officials have congratulated Kumar for winning the medal in an international competition.
