S. Hemalatha (40), a staff at University of Mysore and a resident of University Quarters near Ramaswamy Circle, passed away following heart attack at a private hospital in city on Thursday.

She leaves behind her husband Lakshman, daughter Meghana, son Manoj Yadav and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill on Friday.
