I have my organizational gmail account. when today I try to login it gives the password error that 8 days ago your password was changed. I confirm that my organizational account administrator did not change it.

so, plz tell me why this happened and how to recover it.thanks

I had a similiar situation happen with my personal gmail addy & finally had to get another password. I can't tell you why it happened, but either somebody there changed it or it could even be a glitch in the system. Good luck.

have you tried the all the suggested rescue methods?? phone num, rescue account, etc??
