Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) have announced their retained players for the upcoming IPL 2025 mega auction, securing five key players to strengthen their core lineup:
- Heinrich Klaasen – ₹23 crore
- Pat Cummins (captain) – ₹18 crore
- Abhishek Sharma – ₹14 crore
- Travis Head – ₹14 crore
- Nitish Kumar Reddy – ₹6 crore
SRH enters the auction with a solid foundation after a strong IPL 2024 season, where they reached the final but lost to Kolkata Knight Riders. The franchise aims to build on this success in the 2025 season.
The mega auction is expected to be held in November or December, with the BCCI exploring overseas venues like Abu Dhabi, Muscat, and Doha as possible hosts.
