Lucknow: Around 500 participants, including industry experts, alumni, HODs, faculty, staff and students, attended the CXOs Conclave at SMS Lucknow on Saturday to discuss essential leadership skills and strategies for future growth. The theme of the discussion was ‘Shaping Future Leaders: Innovation, Inclusivity, and Integrity'. Group CHRO and director at Jivika Healthcare Pvt Ltd, Dr Chandra Mauli Dwivedi, discussed significance of startup ecosystems, innovation, honesty and teamwork as essential skills for future leaders. CEO and secretary of SMS Lucknow, Sharad Singh, highlighted the institution's focus on fostering these skills through its entrepreneurial and incubation centre.
