Noida: The Noida Authority is set to hold a board meeting on Saturday to review and approve around 24 proposals. Some key topics to be discussed include the Udyog Marg model road project, a budget review for the Authority's Administrative Block in Sector 96 and updates on rural development initiatives, among others. The meeting will also cover the Authority's financial investment in Jewar Airport and recent expenditure on the UP international trade show.
Officials said proposals cover areas such as civil work, public health, group housing, land allocation, and commercial projects. Another key agenda will be the issue of land for farmers, specifically the matter of a 10% land provision. The development of a snow amusement park in GIP Mall, Sector 38A will also be discussed. The commercial department will present plans to the board, along with proposed land use changes in Sector 25A. tnn
