Mangaluru: Mangaluru North police booked a case against a youth who allegedly created a public nuisance after consuming ganja near Pandeshwar on Thursday.
Police said a case under Section 27(b) of the NDPS was registered against Nihal C Razak,20, a resident of Punnayoor in Thrissur district of Kerala.
Meanwhile, Surathkal police booked a case against three individuals for consuming ganja near the seashore on Wednesday. The accused are D Saran from MV Nagar, Bengaluru North, Sanjay R,24, from Kuvempu Nagar, Mysuru, and Anushkar KS,23, from Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam district.
