Gurgaon: The third day of MCG's Samadhan camp on Thursday saw registration of 65 complaints, three of which were resolved on the spot, and a timeline was set for the resolution of remaining grievances.
Shivaji Nagar resident SC Khurana complained about a broken cover of a manhole in his area while Ramayan Yadav from Ashok Vihar phase-1 and Yogendra from Laxman Vihar wanted their property tax data corrected.A team was sent to address the first complaint immediately and the other two complaints were also resolved within minutes.
Of the total complaints received on the day, 31 were from zone-1, 22 from zone-2, seven from zone-3, and five from zone-4.
"Samadhan camps are being organised every day from 9am to 11am at the Sector 34 office, Sector 42 office, and the old office in front of the Civil Hospital. The complainants should include their names, mobile numbers, and family identification numbers in their complaints," said MCG commissioner Narhari Singh Banger.
"While we try to resolve complaints immediately, those that take more time are also allotted a timeline for resolution and the complainants are informed of the same," he added.
Meanwhile, during the camp held on Wednesday, the commissioner had ordered a 15-day salary deduction of four officials for not acting to address the complaints of Rajendra Park residents regarding broken sewer covers in their area.
