Ahmedabad: Gujarat University has announced an extension for the online application process for the doctor of philosophy (PhD) programme. The new deadline is set for Nov 10 on the Samarth portal. The decision to extend the deadline was taken considering Diwali vacation.
Applicants who already registered or submitted their applications with payment on the Gujarat Common Admission Services (GCAS) portal can now complete their applications by paying a fee of Rs 700 on the Samarth portal until the new deadline. This extension provides PhD candidates with additional time to gather necessary documents and complete their applications.
