Seoul: A day after Dharani web portal operations were handed over to National Informatics Centre (NIC), revenue minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy on Wednesday said the govt would reveal ‘sensational' details pertaining to Dharani in a day or two involving top leaders in the previous BRS govt.
"The Congress govt will not spare anyone if they committed any mistake.Dharani website was operated by a foreign company till now. Files pertaining to irregularities have already been moved," Srinivasa Reddy told media in Seoul.
He said the govt would come up with 12 to 14 columns in Dharani records instead of one column to decide the ownership of the land. The previous BRS govt reduced it to one column from 32 columns earlier. "As a result of this, lakhs of acres of land belonging to thousands of farmers ran into problems," he said.
The minister said there are 35 modules in Dharani, which would be brought under a single module on a single platform.
He said the govt would soon introduce new Record of Rights Act 2024 with a new name in the assembly.
