Hey guys
I don't know if this is a stupid question, need clarification on the below
Currently using Asus gaming laptop with RTX 4060 (115W+25W)
The power adapter is to 240W.
The laptop has three ports for display connectivity
1 - HDMI - connects to RTX 4060
2 - Type C Thunderbolt- connected Internal GPU Intel Iris
3 - Type C - connects to RTX 4060
I have a Monitor (with Type C 65W PD charging) for which usually I connect my MacBook and other laptops. for seamless single wire connectivity for charging and display output.
So, now if I connect my monitor to the Type C port which connects to RTX 4060 and also connect the Asus 240W power adapter..
will I get full performance during gaming, since the laptop is taking power from two sources? (or is it not ?)
also is this safe ?
