Lucknow: Congress has come up with fresh demand of Phulpur seat before Samajwadi Party along with Ghaziabad and Khair or either of the two for bypoll.
Congress top leadership is believed to have apprised SP chief Akhikesh Yadav about the Phulpur demand. Whether the SP chief will concede to Congress demand is yet to be confirmed. Sources in SP said Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Tuesday had a telephonic conversation with the SP chief to end the seat sharing deadlock.tnn
