Naukri Campus has partnered for its Naukri Campus Young Turks (NCYT) contest with leading global brands like PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson, Volvo, Renault Nissan, Crisil, Godrej, Capgemini, PhonePe, Hyundai, ICICI Lombard, Ambuja Cement, Titan Company, and Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance and over 50 other companies for its national-level Naukri’s Campus Young Turks (NCYT) contest.

Such extensive partnerships with Naukri’s Campus Young Turks (NCYT) cement the competition’s credibility while also connecting the participants with industry leaders who are actively seeking to identify and nurture emerging talent.

The ongoing contest had 5 lakh+ participants, out of which 32,500 candidates have progressed to the final round. This initiative strongly underscores how leading brands are leveraging NCYT to scout potential hires and build stronger employer-branding campaigns.

The contest surpasses traditional recruitment strategies and focuses on inclusivity and skills over grades. It aligns perfectly with the brands’ desire to connect with a broader, untapped talent pool, particularly from Tier 2 and 3 cities. For the partner brands, the NCYT platform provides direct visibility to their future workforce.

The aptitude and skills-based rounds of the competition ensure that these companies witness firsthand the practical abilities of students, giving them a competitive edge in hiring top-tier talent before graduation.

The final winners will be announced on October 25, 2024. The participating companies are poised to benefit from their early access to India’s brightest young minds.
