Some other questions/consideration:
  1. What are your thoughts about the case? I'll add an exhaust fan to it, but other than that not planning to make any changes. Can the AIO be mounted at the top?
  2. Is the PSU good?
  3. I'm looking for a system that's small, efficient, and runs cool. It'll be used in a room that has no AC with ambient temps of around 30C.
  4. Would prefer a GPU that supports ray tracing.

If by FPS you mean competitive games like CS2/Valorant/R6S, then the 75 Hz monitor is going to be a huge bottleneck.

No, single player FPS games. Clarified in the above post. Thanks.
 
I would recommend to wait for the next graphics card releases and get the current gen then.
 
Vram might become a limiting factor in future so might wanna look towards amd too. Something like 7900.
