Govt always read to assist film industry: CM

Gandhinagar: Chief minister Bhupendra Patel presided over the Shortfest award ceremony organized by Saptrang Film Society in Ahmedabad on Sunday. Speaking at the event, the CM encouraged Gujarati filmmakers to take films that showcase the rich culture and heritage of the state to a global audience.
He added that the state govt has prepared a film promotion policy and is always prepared to assist the film industry.The Shortfest was organized jointly by the Gujarat Tourism Department, Vishwa Samwad Kendra, and Bharatiya Chitra Sadhana.
