Akola: The Rashtriya Samaj Paksha (RSP) is ready to contest all 288 assembly seats in
Maharashtra including 60 in Vidarbha, said party's Vidarbha president Tausif Sheikh. He said four to five former
BJP MLAs from Washim, Buldhana, Chandrapur, and Akola are in talks with RSP leader Mahadev Jankar. Additionally, the son of an incumbent MLA also met with Jankar, stirring political activity in the region.
He emphasized that Jankar is keeping a close watch on the disgruntled leaders from BJP, Shiv Sena factions led by both Uddhav Thackeray and
Eknath Shinde, NCP factions led by both Sharad Pawar and Ajit Pawar apart from Congress.
These developments could alter the political dynamics and influence RSP's election strategy in the upcoming polls.
