Patna: The central govt has appointed advocate Rana Vikram Singh as the deputy solicitor general (SG) of India, tasked with conducting its cases in the Patna high court. A notification to this effect was issued by the Union ministry of law and justice on Wednesday.
The tenure of the newly appointed deputy SG in the Patna high court will last for three years, or until the central govt issues the next order which may occur even before the completion of the three-year term.
