Balangir: A tanker lost control and rammed into a place of worship near Gandhinagarpara under Town police limits in Balangir district on Thursday. No priest or devotee was present at the site during the incident. The injured driver was rescued by police and admitted to Bhima Bhoi Medical College and Hospital. “The incident occurred in the early hours of Thursday when heavy vehicles are allowed to pass through the town.The tanker driver probably lost control. The vehicle got stuck in a tree,” said SDPO (Balangir) Pradeep Kumar Sahu. TNN
