Woman found dead near flyover, cops suspect hit & run
Noida: The body of woman was found on a road in Greater Noida's Dadri on Monday night.
Police suspect that she was hit by a vehicle, which fled the scene. An investigation has been launched, said a police official on Tuesday.
On Monday, the police control room was alerted by a resident that a woman's body was lying on the service lane near the Bisahda flyover.

Based on the resident's complaint, a case under Section 281 (rash driving) of the BNS was registered against an unidentified suspect at Dadri police station on Monday night.
Assistant commissioner of police (ACP) Amit Pratap Singh said no documents were found on the deceased.
"Initial investigation suggests that the body is of a woman in her early 20s. We are doing our best to identify the woman so her family can be informed. We have alerted all police stations in the district and circulated her picture on social media platforms. No one had come forward to identify her as of Tuesday evening. The woman's body was sent for a postmortem, which revealed that she died from head injuries," said ACP Singh.
Police are reviewing CCTV footage from nearby areas to gather clues about the vehicle involved.
"We are investigating the case from all angles to apprehend the culprit," the ACP added.
