Palaniswami vows to form govt in ’26

Chennai: AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K Palaniswami on Tuesday asserted that no force could prevent the AIADMK from regaining power in Tamil Nadu in 2026. EPS expressed his readiness to make any necessary sacrifices for the victory of the party.
In an epistle to the party cadre ahead of AIADMK's 53rd founding day, Palaniswami expressed his confidence in the party's resurgence and the readiness of the people to support it.He said, "People are ready to support the AIADMK to establish the rule of MGR and Amma (Jayalalithaa). I have devoted myself and work for your growth and the party's victory."
Against the backdrop of the expulsion of key functionaries, he used a metaphor to describe the party's current state, saying the AIADMK garden, "previously plagued by weeds, is now free of them, with the crops flourishing remarkably." He urged cadres to distance themselves from those who turned against the party.tnn
