Late cricketer Anshuman Gaekwad’s mother dies

Vadodara: Ushadevi Gaekwad, wife of former India cricketer Dattajirao Gaekwad, died in the city on Tuesday evening. She was 91. This is the third death in the Gaekwad family this year.
In February this year, Dattajirao passed away at the age of 95. He was unwell for over a year. In July, Dattajirao's son and former India cricketer and national coach, Anshuman Gaekwad, died of cancer at the age of 71.
Ushadevi was unwell for the last few days and was admitted to the Bhailal Amin General Hospital, where she breathed her last.
