Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video Sees First Monday Drop; Total Collection Crosses ₹21 Crore

Raaj Shaandilyaa’s latest comedy Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video saw a dip in box office collections on its first Monday. Starring Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri, the film collected ₹2.25 crore on Day 4, bringing its total to ₹21.05 crore. According to Sacnilk.com, this drop follows a strong opening weekend, where the film earned ₹5.5 crore on Day 1, ₹6.9 crore on Day 2, and ₹6.4 crore on Day 3.

Despite the slowdown, the movie has managed to outperform its competitor, Jigra, starring Alia Bhatt, which has collected ₹18.10 crore so far, with only ₹1.50 crore on its fourth day. However, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video is trailing behind Rajkummar Rao’s previous film Stree 2, which amassed ₹55.9 crore by its fourth day, and Triptii Dimri’s Bad Newz, which earned ₹3.5 crore on its fourth day.

The film, set in Rishikesh, follows Vicky and Vidya, played by Rao and Dimri, as they go on a hilarious adventure to recover their missing “suhagraat CD.” Supported by a star-studded cast including Vijay Raaz, Archana Puran Singh, and Mallika Sherawat, the movie offers a quirky mix of family drama and comedy.

Produced by T-Series Films, Balaji Motion Pictures, and Wakaoo Films, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video continues to perform well despite the Monday dip.
