The seminar was further enriched by the presence of several distinguished dignitaries, including Deepak Kumar Bist, joint director of ISTM, Delhi, Dr Sunil Dhapte, former director of YASHADA, Pune, Ramandeep Kaur, deputy secretary and Head CoE Chandigarh. The particpants also took a pledge to commit themselves to India's journey to a developed nation by 2047. The two-day program covered a range of crucial topics for educators, focusing on andragogy (adult learning principles), experiential learning, and leadership skills. Trainers were introduced to effective methods for creating engaging learning environments and were given the tools to train and mentor their peers.
The hands-on workshops provided participants with opportunities to discuss real-world classroom challenges and share best practices for implementing NEP 2020's key principles.
