According to police, around 11.04 pm on Oct 10, when Naseer Ahmed and Ch Sai Prasad, a home guard, were on patrolling duty, they heard loud music in NBT Nagar. They went to the spot and found the music was from a Bathukamma event.
As the music was played beyond the permitted time of 10 pm, they asked the organisers to stop the loud music.
