In the inaugural match, CPC Chargers outclassed Patel Properties by 13 runs. Batting first, CPC Chargers amassed 4 for 164 in 18 overs. Subsequently, they curtailed the innings of Patel Properties to 6 for 151.
In the second encounter, Crazy Rangers trounced Kalawati XI by 5 wickets.
Opting to bat first, Kalawati XI accumulated 6 for 111, and Crazy Rangers, in response, achieved the target by scoring 112 runs for the loss of 5 wickets, securing victory.
Loss - Kanpur Cricket endured a significant blow with the demise of Arun Awasthi, a distinguished cricket personality and organizer on Sunday. Arun held the position of vice president in the Kanpur Cricket Association. He had been grappling with cancer for the past one and a half year and was undergoing treatment.
