Helldivers 2 Unseated as the Best-Selling Game of 2024 - IGN Daily Fix

In today's Daily Fix:August's sales numbers are in, and Helldivers 2 has been dethroned as the best-selling game of the year so far, and you'll never guess what game was the top-selling game of August (you can probably guess). In related news, the just-released Metaphor: ReFantazio sold A TON of copies on Day One, which is great news for a brand new IP. And Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero isn't even officially out yet, but is already racking up huge concurrent numbers in Early Access.
