Four spar over fraud money share, one killed with spanner
Noida: Three persons were arrested for allegedly murdering their colleague this week. Police said the accused were involved in a business facilitating loans through fake documents, while a fourth accomplice remains at large. The murder weapon and some cash has been recovered from the accused's possession, cops said.
According to DCP (Greater Noida) Saad Miya Khan, the accused—Himanshu (23), Omprakash alias Shivam (24), and Sachin Tanwar alias Sandeep (25)—were arrested while traveling to Maycha.

"The murder weapon, a spanner, along with Rs 20,000 in cash and two vehicles, has been recovered," he confirmed.
On Oct 7, police received reports of a body found at a roundabout in the Dadri police station area. Following this, Kumar's wife filed a murder complaint.
CCTV footage captured four persons in two vehicles near the crime scene. "Sachin and the fourth accused, Ramesh alias Rama, were seen exiting the vehicles, while Himanshu and Omprakash were identified later," the DCP explained.
During the investigation, the accused claimed that the four of them and Kumar had been working together to secure loans using fake Aadhaar cards and other fraudulent documents, earning a 10% to 20% commission.

Tensions escalated when Kumar allegedly refused to share a portion of their earnings. On Oct 6, he called the others to KBNows Green Society, supposedly to resolve the payment.
"The accused said that an argument erupted when Kumar resisted giving them the money. Ramesh then struck him in the head with the spanner, resulting in Kumar's death," Khan said.
After the incident, they disposed of the body, divided the Rs 80,000 they had taken from him, and planned their escape.
In light of their statements, cops added charges under BNS sections 238 (causing disappearance of evidence) and 61(2) (related to criminal conspiracy).
