54 new dengue cases in Lucknow

Lucknow: City recorded 54 new dengue cases on Wednesday. Additionally, three new cases of malaria and one of chikungunya fever were also recorded. The health department teams conducted inspections of 1,457 houses and issued notices to eight house owners for mosquito-breeding conditions. Anti-larvae chemicals were sprayed in affected areas. Health officials urged people to take preventive measures such as using mosquito repellents, wearing protective clothing, and eliminating stagnant water sources to minimize the risk of infection.
