Delhi HC asks prosecution, legal dept to exercise due diligence in filing of cases

Observing that the filing of frivolous cases has a far-reaching and detrimental impact on the legal system, the Delhi High Court has asked the prosecution and legal departments of the national capital to exercise due diligence before initiating cases.
