Almost two months after its theatrical release, Khel Khel Mein, starring Akshay Kumar, is now making its way to Netflix. Directed by Mudassar Aziz, the star-studded comedy-drama, which features Fardeen Khan, Vaani Kapoor, Ammy Virk, Taapsee Pannu, Aditya Seal, and Pragya Jaiswal, will be available for streaming starting October 9. The film was released in theaters on August 15, 2024, coinciding with India’s Independence Day, where it faced stiff competition from Stree 2 and Vedaa.
Reports from DNA indicated that the film is set to be released on Netflix within two months of its theatrical debut. The announcement was reportedly made on Netflix’s official platform, confirming its release date.Khel Khel Mein is an official Hindi remake of the 2016 Italian film Perfect Strangers. Despite the strong cast, the film underperformed at the box office and was labeled a commercial failure.
