NEW DELHI: Congress's Jassi Petawar is leading the Narnaund seat in Haryana by 12,578 votes. Jassi is followed by BJP's Captain Abhimanyu with 12,578 votes.
According to the data available on the Election Commission of India (ECI) website, Jassi has secured 84,801 votes so far, while his closest opponent, BJP leader Captain Abhimanyu, has got 72,223.
According to EC trends available around 12.30 pm, the BJP was leading on 49 seats and the Congress on 35.Independents were leading on four seats while the INLD and BSP were ahead on one seat each.
The 49th constituency of the Haryana legislative assembly, Narnaund, is situated in the Hisar district.
