NEW DELHI: The counting of votes for election to Haryana's Narnaund assembly constituency will begin today.
The 49th constituency of the Haryana legislative assembly, Narnaund, is situated in the Hisar district.
Major parties
The major political parties contesting in the state are the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Indian National Congress (INC), Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) allied with the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), and the Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) in partnership with the Azad Samaj Party.

The Haryana state election this year saw a total of 1,031 candidates, with Jind having the highest number at 72.
