GATE 2025: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has announced an extension of the GATE 2025 registration deadline, as per a notice released today, October 8, 2024. Applicants now have until 11:59 PM on Friday, October 11, 2024, to complete their registrations with a late fee. This decision comes in response to several requests from candidates for more time to apply.
The regular registration window, without a late fee, had initially been extended until October 3, 2024, following a notice issued on September 26.
However, due to ongoing demand, IIT Roorkee further extended the closing date for late fee registrations.
The GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS) opened on August 28, 2024, and the official information brochure for GATE 2025 was released on September 12, 2024. Candidates are encouraged to review the brochure and application guidelines thoroughly before completing their submissions.
