Patna: The body of a four-year-old boy was recovered from an open drain outside his paternal uncle’s residence near Badshahi Pine in Patna district on Sunday morning.
According to the police, the boy was identified as Henry Kumar, son of late Ritesh Kumar, a resident of NTPC Colony. He was playing near his uncle’s semi-constructed house on Saturday afternoon when he went missing.

Satyakam, sub-divisional police officer (SDPO) II Sadar (Patna), said a search was conducted soon after the missing complaint was received by the Ramkrishna Nagar police station.
The SDPO added that the boy went to his uncle’s new house at Pipra village with his grandmother, Savita Devi, and aunt, Rekha Devi, on Saturday. “He was playing outside the house when suddenly he went missing. The family members searched for the child but could not find him.
