Shwetal Basu has been appointed as Senior Vice President and Head of Brand & Marketing at Polycab India Limited.
Previously, Basu served as Chief Marketing and Communication Officer at Shoppers Stop for nearly three years. Prior to that, she was Head of Marketing and Visual Merchandising at Metro Brands Limited (formerly Metro Shoes Limited) from August 2018 to October 2021.
Basu began her professional journey in 1999 at PepsiCo in a marketing role and has since worked with esteemed brands including Hutch, TATA Communications Ltd, Zicom, HDFC Bank, GIA – Gemological Institute of America, and Aditya Birla Retail Limited.
