Suggest Axis Bank Credit Card to replace

Hi,

I already hold a Axis Bank Titanium Credit Card.
It is expiring in coming October.

I need a suggestion on which Credit Card should I replace?

Current Card Features -

1. Almost no extra features that I can use or need.
2. Reward Points are so low that even my mother (senior-citizen house-wife) can give me more money.
3. Airport Lounge accessed only once that also I do not remember if it is with this card.
4. There is 500-1000/- Annual Fee which is removed if I do lots of transactions. So, I pay Electricity, Gas, House Tax, almost all Online Shopping etc.
5. I think this card is also removed. You can not find any "Titanium Credit Card" in their website! Replaced with "Titanium Smart Traveler Credit Card".

Requirements -
I need a better card that will give me better features and benefits.

1. It MUST be an Axis Bank Credit Card to protect my CIBIL Score. Can't go different Bank.
2. I do lots of Online Shopping. Mainly in Amazon.in. Flipkart very few.
3. I do International Online Shopping to buy web themes, plugins, SEO tools, eBay etc.
4. Better and useful rewards.
5. [Optional] Complimentary flight tickets - it will be awesome if it allows multiple persons in single ticket booking.
   (I have no idea how it works)
6. [Optional] Airport Lounge access but would be helpful if flight delay when family vacation.
