Indian men’s hockey team defeated China to defend the Asian Champions Trophy title on Tuesday.

Jugraj SIngh scored the solitary goal of the match in the fourth quarter. Jugraj finished off a wonderful move to put India 1-0 ahead after receiving a brilliant pass from skipper Harmanpreet Singh

This comes after India clinched bronze medal at the Paris 2024 Olympics. This is India’s fifth Asian Champions Trophy triumph.

Pakistan defeated South Korea 5-2 to win the bronze medal in the tournament.
