New NCCT Secretary visits Himachal to take stock

The newly appointed Secretary of National Council for Cooperative Training (NCCT), Kapil Meena recently conducted a review of the Ministry’s ongoing initiatives in Himachal Pradesh.

During his visit, Meena evaluated the progress and strategies aimed at advancing cooperative development in the region.

Talking to Indian Cooperative Meena said, “It was a fruitful meeting and many issues pertaining to strengthening the cooperative movement came up for discussions. The query on opening a separate Institute of Cooperative Management (ICM) in Himachal Pradesh was also brought up for discussion”, he informed.

The review included a detailed presentation by Kewal Sharma, along with other officials, who outlined the continuous efforts being made to strengthen the cooperative movement in Himachal Pradesh.

The presentation highlighted key initiatives and the positive impact they are expected to have on the state’s cooperative sector.
