Addressing a rally, Rao Narbir Singh had said, "There are some people in the party who are in my favour, while there are some who are against me. But, I will not contest the election as an independent. There are two parties in haryana, bjp and Congress. If one party refuses to give me a ticket, then I will contest the election on the ticket of the other party."
