In July 2024, Pakistan's textile and apparel exports fell by 3.09 per cent to $1.271 billion, continuing a downward trend.
The textile sector contributed 55.10 per cent to total exports, down from 63.54 per cent in the same month last fiscal.
While exports of non-knit readymade garments increased, other categories like knitwear and cotton yarn saw declines.
