    FIIs boost stakes: 10 Nifty Microcaps surge 100-200% in FY25 so far

    The Nifty Microcap 250 index has outpaced the Nifty Smallcap 250, climbing approximately 32% in the first 5 months of FY25, versus the Nifty Smallcap 250's 27% increase. ETMarkets analysis shows that around 10 of the Nifty Microcap 250's leading stocks have turned into multibaggers so far this fiscal year. Interestingly, all 10 of these standout stocks saw a rise in Foreign Institutional Investor (FII) stakes in the June quarter compared to the March '24 quarter (Data Source: ACE Equity).

    The Nifty Microcap 250 index tracks the performance of microcap stocks on the NSE, encompassing the top 250 companies beyond the Nifty 500, based on their average full market capitalization.
