My GPU idles at 42-47 degrees in Windows 10/11. The GPU fan is set to start at 50 degrees (default setting).
I installed Windows 11 LTSC, pre-activated from massgrave.dev, two months ago as a secondary OS on a different SSD.
It is relatively lightweight.
The LTSC version lacked Microsoft Store and I was trying to install TradingView.msix a few weeks ago.
When I searched for it in Microsoft Store on a web browser and clicked on "Download" it downloaded exe file. When I clicked on that file, it opened a mini Windows Store API that downloaded and installed the application.
Regarding the problem, everything was fine until a few days ago. This issue started after something triggered it, I suppose.
Now, when idle my GPU runs at 53-57 degrees with fans running
There is little to no GPU usage in the Task Manager, but sometimes "Application Frame Host" uses a very little bit of GPU. I searched the internet and found that this is related to the Microsoft Store API.
When I switch back to regular Windows 10/11, the GPU temperatures return to normal and vice versa.
My theory is that either there is a bug in this version [I heard LTSC are more stable] or massgrave injected something into the ISO that is acting strangely.
Please suggest fixes if any...
