Basic office tasks.
1080p screen with good brightness (IPS preferred)
Look matters it should feel premium.
Solid build quality.
8-16gb ram
0.5-1tb SSD

Budget 35-40k
 
solid build quality and looks - go with hp metal body laptop but they are very very costly

Laptop will only be used to show videos and images of designs to clients and do basic office tasks so can compromise on CPU.
