Butler: Thanks for Rio Grande Trail repairs

Kudos to the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority for the much-needed repairs to the Rio Grande bike path between Catherine’s Store and Emma Road. People complained about the closure and timing but it was worth the inconvenience. Thank you.
