As the number of scam sellers rise on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, instead of making it easier to spot possible scams, Amazon has gone and hidden the seller ratings on the product listing page
Now it requires 2 clicks just to check the seller rating, something that was displayed upfront till just last month.
This goes to show that these companies are more interested in protecting scammers than protecting their customers. There's absolutely no reason to make it difficult to see the seller rating on platform which is primarily meant to connect buyers with sellers.
